We can supply either blank cards for you to add your own images, or made-up cards from images you send us. All orders (except postcards) come with envelopes, but if you are selling on, you can also order bags to bag them up yourself, or we can bag them up for you. Unless otherwise stated, all cards are suitable for both landscape (horizontal) and portrait (vertical) orientations. Apart from some of the Christmas cards, cards are left blank inside for your own message.
Notelets are 100gsm, cards vary from 250 to 280gsm weight.

Made-up cards come in two types:
cards where the photo or other image is affixed to the front of the card by double-sided tape;
OR fully digitally printed cards.
In either case, just send or e-mail us the image and we will do the rest.

We can print your cards with your supplied details, for example, your copyright,  your address or business contact information.

Blank cards will normally be posted within 48 hours, and made-up cards within 7 - 10 days. Any change from these timings will be notified to you when you order. If your deadline is very tight, please enquire before you order.
Delivery is included to any destination in mainland UK, but a standard order charge of £2 will be added at checkout  - please request a quote for delivery to Northern Ireland or any offshore islands.
Note that we do not ship outside the British Isles.

POSTCARDS 6 x 4, BLANK or MADE-UP Blank postcards or postcards with affixed photo, are heavyweight matt and have a printed outline box designed to highlight a 2.5" x 3.5" photo. You can if you prefer use a larger photo right up to the edge or leaving a narrow white border. Normally they have our details on reverse (bottom middle), but can be supplied without, or with a standard postcard back (divider  & address lines). We can add your own information on the reverse by label bottom left.  Digitally printed cards are matt, can be full bleed or with border, with/out line, with/out text on front. Reverse can have text bottom left as shown below with the rest of the reverse free to write on, or you can have a standard postcard layout with divider  & address lines.

REFUNDS POLICY

Contact us within 7 days of receipt and tell us what's wrong. Depending on what the problem is, we will replace the item, substitute another, or offer you a refund or credit.
If you are returning an item, we recommend for your protection that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that unless there was an error on our part, or the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
